I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were just perfect, equipped with two double beds and even a fan to keep the air fresh. My corner room was spacious, featuring a sofa, chairs, and a table, giving me plenty of floor space to relax. The service was outstanding, with apologetic staff ensuring a wonderful experience from start to finish, including catering to dietary needs. The location couldn't be better, with the beach, marina, and city center all right at my doorstep. The dining experience was delicious and of excellent quality. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor downsides.
The hotel location is ideal for beach access and city exploration. The rooms, while advertised as deluxe, felt a bit dated and small with uncomfortable seating. The noise levels disturbed my sleep, unfortunately.
The hotel had lovely and spotless rooms, but room 332 had cobwebs, not the ideal experience for £315.00. The service was fabulous with staff going out of their way to accommodate requests. The location was great for Swansea Arena and town, though parking came at an extra cost. The dining options were a bit limited, especially for those needing special dietary considerations. The facilities were well-equipped but came with an added price tag for certain amenities.
Although the hotel location is convenient and central, the rooms appeared outdated with poor lighting that made getting ready a bit challenging. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, especially in accommodating dietary needs and providing local recommendations.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but had some noise issues, and the location was fantastic overlooking the marina. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, although there were some issues with the room heater. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection, but the facilities could use some improvements.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were perfectly comfortable with plenty of plug sockets available, but my deluxe room wasn't exactly deluxe and it was very cold at night with no way to adjust the heating. The service varied from being cheaper to book direct but loud at 8 am outside our room, though overall, the staff was nice and cooperative. The location was fantastic, the main reason for booking, offering comfortable rooms, a nice bar, and superb breakfast. The dining was good overall but a bit pricey, and unfortunately, we were declined breakfast because we didn't pre-book it online. The facilities were decent, with room service and housekeeping available.
